Dr. Aikens works in a St. Mary’s Children’s Hospital in Manhattan, New York. He asks Wally West to deliver a heart to Seattle, Washington because there are storms that are preventing aircraft from landing in the region. The heart must delivered within five hours to Dr. Peterson who will perform the heart transplant on Eugenie Hedstrom.
