A physicist from 1932 who created a time machine and travels into the future. He was not happy with the future he saw and sought to change it by ridding the world of the Justice League of America. Phineas Quayle’s family was wealthy and provided him with the finest education in Europe. He is also a personal friend of President Herbert Hoover.
