Dr. Graham Bagel was Dr. Quantis‘ assistant at PADDYWAC cuteness wing. When Dr. Quantis transformed himself into a giant koala, Dr. Bagel created the antidote which could reverse the process started by the cuteness serum, but, unfortunately, he was swallowed by Dr. Quantis along with his wife.
