Celia is married to Don (Bob) McGrath. While living in Wisconsin Celia worked at a bank while her husband had a job in the local government. Celia and her husband are in charge of the Center for Advanced Life Enhancement located outside of Central City. Celia was sometimes referred to as Lila.
