Dr. Heinz Doofenschmirtz is the evil mad scientist who is obsessed with ruling the tri-state area creating inventions that usually end with I-nator (lazer-inator) . Due to his evil schemes O.W.C.A (Organization without cool acronym) led by Major Monogram assigned agent Perry the Platypus to watch out for Dr. Doofenschmirtz`s evil schemes.
