Doctor Whisper Drew is a zoologist who has learned how to speak the languages of all wild animals, along with making him one of the top men in his field this skill proves very helpful at the zoo where he keeps his offices.
Along with being a world ranging expert in animals Dr. Drew also from time to time finds himself called on to solve crimes. In this endeavor he is aided by Zan the Jungle Boy, Mikko the monkey and occasionally one of the dogs that found and raised Zan in Africa.
