Dr. Elmer Hartman is a psysician and works at a hospital at Quahog. Whenever the family or people are in a coma, Dr Hartman can be quite immature whenever he makes up jokes before telling anyone about their serious injury they have, however he still remains loyal and a great doctor to Peter and his family and friends.
