Dr. Hochmuller

Origin

His great grandfather Gottleib Hochmuller created the Beast of Belgium at the orders of the German army during World War I. By putting the mind of a man in the body of a genetically altered wolfhound, the monster was unleashed upon the Belgium army. After it began attacking German soldiers as well, Hochmuller was ordered to kill the beast. Instead of killing it, he hid the hound in Gravesteen Castle.

In modern times, Dr. Hochmuller discovered the journal of his great grandfather and soon found the Beast of Belgium still alive. He wanted to sell the hound to the highest bidder, but the spy agency Rubicon sent three of its agents (Agent Red, Agent Avril and Agent Phoenix) to neutralize the treat. In Gravesteen Castle the agents found Dr. Hochmuller, the highest bidder Jean Arnaud and his henchmen, along with the hound. As soon as the fight broke out, the hound apparently still thought it was in World War I and began attacking the henchmen. Dr. Hochmuller was able to escape from the fight.
