Dr. Malheur was an employee of Dai-Kumo. He designed the chemical drugs known as “Zap” and “Thunderbolt”. He was later confronted with Patch/Wolverine who was investigating the local drug cartel. Malheur tried to kill his assailant but instead fell into a chemical vat, dying instantly.
