From his base on the planet of Plexis, Dr. Strange creates giant insects which he sends out in a mission of revenge against the scientific community that rejected him. The insects gruesomely murder the children of his targets, skeletonizing the corpses.
At his orders, one of Dr. Strange’s insects kidnap Gloria Carter and returns with her to Plexis. This causes her father Dr. Carter, to attempt to accompany Dan Hastings in her rescue, but the lieutenant dissuades Carter. Taking off in his rocketship, Hastings goes to Plexis to save Gloria. Dr. Strange is killed in the confrontation between Dan and the strange doctor.
