Dracchiss was created by Evan Skolnik and Gary Barker in 1992 and first appeared in The Incredible Hulk Annual # 18. Â
Powers & Abilties
Dracchiss possesses superhuman strength, durability and resistance to injury. Dracchiss can absorb energy and re-channel it as concussive blasts from his hands. Dracchiss also has two tentacle appendages that protrude from his waist belt that allows him to mind tap into his victims once they touch their head. Dracchiss will be able to read their thoughts, gather information and drain his victims mentally once a mind tap occurs.Â
