Dracus is best known for creating the giant vacuums, which crush planets and feed the Black Stars. To service these vacuums, he created miniature androids. But in Rhun, Dracus’ homeworld, a miniature is still twice as big as Thor. So Dracus is quite the BIG fellow.
Dracus dreams of ruling Rhun, in place of Lord Kragonn. The ruler knows of Dracus’ desire and treats him quite poorly.
Dracus attempts to destroy Thor and some of the androids that revolted against him, but is prevented by Lord Kragonn, once the ruler realizes that it isn’t necessary for them to continue destroying planets to exist.
