Dragon was a master of the martial arts. He was hired to kill Moon Knight along with four other professional killers by the Committee. He chose to ambush Moon Knight, along with Razor and Bull. Moon Knight made quick work of them, with the help of Frenchie, and left them for the authorities.Â

Dragon was created by Doug Moench and Bill Sienkiewicz in 1981 and first appeared in Moon Knight # 4. Â
