Draka is one of the strongest Masters of the Night. His main territory is Central Asia, but he also spent many years in Europe, America and other parts of the world in different periods of time living as an army general or a pirate. He is one of the few Masters of the Night who respects some humans and values things like friendship and honor, but doesn’t refuse to kill who stands against him or threatens his loved ones. He is the father of Harlan Draka and their relationship has been troubled for a long time, due to his enigmatic actions. His ultimate goal is to find a new world for his race, where they can restart and prosper without the need of oppress humanity from the shadows.
