Dudley Cook was created by David Elliott for Titan Comics‘ A1: The Weirding Willows. He is based on Mr. Toad from The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame.
About
Dudley is the youngest of the Willows Gang and looks up to Victor Stoker. He also suffers from ADHD and is totally impulsive and equally uncontrollable.
