Evolving from the remnants of the Eel division of Cobra‘s underwater forces, the Morays are the next step in marine warfare. Utilizing the same bio-tech engineering that yielded the Neo-Vipers, the Morays possess increased strength, underwater vision and bodies that are better able to withstand the pressures of deep sea diving. Like their predecessors the Eels, they must undergo a rigorous training program that involves underwater fighting techniques, the study of marine geology and the use of explosive ordnance.
