Dust Dragon’s exact origin is unknown but he is familiar with Asthma Monster and at one point became a member of The Allergen Gang.
Creation
Dust Dragon was created by Howard Mackie and Mark Bagley. He first appeared in Return of the Asthma Monster, a story aimed at those who suffer from asthma.

Dust Dragon was one of many threats who guarded the way to the Asthma Monster from Captain America. He jumped out of a wall vent and attacked Cap with his dust breath but he was quickly defeated.
