Dusty and Frank are a pair of ground crew workers at Ferris Air that are paralyzed by Hal Jordan‘s ring by mistake when Sinestro mind controls the Green Lantern. Hal after defeating Sinestro, returns to Earth and uses his ring to unparalyze Frank, Dusty, Tom, and Carol.
