Green Arrow
Dynamix appeared in the New 52 series Green Arrow. He is first seen, along with Doppelganger and Supercharge, attempting to steal a boat in Paris. He (along with the rest of his gang) is taken down by Green Arrow who uses an ice arrow to incapacitate him. He is taken away by the French police.
We later see Dynamix in a maximum security prison where he is broken out by his boss, Rush, and a whole group of other villains. They plan on killing Green Arrow and posting a video of the event on the internet and, in order to draw Queen out, murder a young man and upload it online. The gang are eventually defeated by Green Arrow though and placed back into prison.

Dynamix has undefined levels of slight superhuman durability and possibly strength.
