Ed Jameson is the brother of Bill Jameson aka Ion Mask. Bill was trying to create an ion ray, yet could not work it without Encephalonic waves, which Ed’s mind was emitting. So Bill had committed crimes at areas that were in proximity to Ed in order to get his mask to work. After Ray figured this out, he exposed Bill, which surprised Ed.
