Eddie his twin sister Ellen Vega and step-father kidnapped a little boy Billy Hoffman whom Ellen was babysitting. They buried Billy in a cemetery alive with an air hose until they got paid. Unfortunately for them he and his stepfather were killed running from the police when he tried to cut off a gasoline truck. Ellen was severely burned in the accident.

In order to find out where Billy was buried Spectre went to hell to find his soul. When he got there he found his soul was being tormented by Shathan the lord of lies. Spectre saves Eddie only to toss him back to hell when Eddie to hell him where Billy was buried.
