Origin

As a young boy, Eita played with a young girl named Mirika Minazuki. In their time together, she became his first love. One night, Mirika invited Eita to join him to Urokiri Mountain, but he was more worry about being scolded by his father. However, Mirika had gone missing. He held himself responsible for her disappearance and the guilt ate at him ever since.
A year later in the Spring, Eita found himself on a space ship of a weird alien from a planet called Urara. It told him that he would be studying him for five years, and upon the completion of this study would be bringing Eita to Urara forever. The only way he could be freed from that is to guess it’s name. Once in the year every Spring, Eita was summoned to the ship of “Sakuran (Tentative)”, the name he gave it in the meantime. Eita just treated it as a hallucination born out of his guilt for betraying Mirika.

By the time Eita was sixteen years-old, it was the fifth and final year of the study of Sakuran. It brought him to the ship that he always considered a hallucination. When Sakuran asked about the fight he had with the group of Murakami, Eita answered it was because he had mocked the pendant he wore that had been a gift from Mirika. This triggered him to lament openly on his grief of the time he felt he betrayed his childhood friend. He thought these hallucinations was his punishment.
As Eita spoke out Mirika’s full name, Sakuran shed the costume, and he appeared to be Mirika. She apologized for hiding her identity from Eita due to the rules of her planet.
