El Chavo is a homeless kid, who lives in the neighborhood inside a barrel. Good hearted, he is taken advantage by the other kids, especially Quico and La Chilindrina, usually by offering him some sort of toy or food.
He is a thorn in the side of Don Ramon who cares for him, but also gets incredibly annoyed by El Chavo.
