A resident of El Barrio, a poorer district of Century City, El Gato Rojo is a symbol of León Security, a high-end security company used by the elite members of society. What they don’t know is that León Security is actually owned by the El Barrio community and staffed by them as well. They turn their backs and El Gato Rojo gains access to their riches.
