Ramiro Xuc, also known as El Lobo (or the wolf), was the ruthless leader of a rebel group who attempted to overthrow the government of Costa Verde. With help from Gypsy and Firelord, the rebels nearly succeeded. They were eventually defeated by Thor and Jane Foster.
