Elastica

History

Elastica [italian for Elastic] is one of the hundreds of people caught in the radiation breakdown of a nuclear center in Russia.

As with all other victim of the incident, she remained contaminated and imprisoned in “La Cittadella degli Speciali” [The Citadel of Specials], a city-sized prison in Siberia, where the Soviet Government started to study them.

While many of the “Specials” [as the Russian Government labeled them] died from radiation infection, she, whose true name is still unknown, developed the ability to extend her arms [and maybe other body parts] and make them extremely elastic.

When Artiglio [Claw] guided the revolt of the Specials and took control of the Citadel and the Division, she was in the first line of the fight, as one of their officers. After, Elastica remained alongside the new guide of the organization.

Her current whereabouts are unknown, and it’s not known if she still works for the Division, now guided by Yelena. Also, it’s not known the true extent of her power, or if she suffers some physical debilitation, typical of others “Specials”.
