Elfric comes from a place called ‘Els-where’. His powers include great longevity, shape-shifting, time travel, immunity to pain and injury.
He has blue skin, razor-sharp teeth, and a third eye on his forehead, which is able to shoot burst of energy. He tries to hide his eye -which he considers an imperfection- usually with make-up.
He led the Roman invasion of Britain and the Viking invasion of Ireland. He is bisexual and his favorite lover was the emperor Nero. He also raped Boudicca’s daughters, but only to cause war and destroy their lives.
Elfric is an enemy of Slaine and appears in 2000AD.
