Story
One night, in the 1920’s, Elisa helped Sarah and Steve Rogers after Sarah was beaten by her husband Joseph. Elisa took an interest in Sarah, and especially in her young son Steve. She introduced the civic-minded Sarah to “a small community group” – HYDRA – and attempted to persuade her to leave her physically abusive husband. When Joseph continued to beat Sarah, Elisa plotted to get rid of him, and one night she accosted a drunken Joseph with two henchmen, who threw Joseph into the East River to drown.
