Origin
Emil Winter is a dealer in “rare antiquities,” including those of a mystical nature. He is also a low level magic user. Never entirely trustworhty, he has dealt frequently with the Council of Mages.
Creation
Emil Winter is one of few “Pandaverse” characters that Gregg Taylor created specifically for the comic book medium, rather than for the “Red Panda Adventures” radio drama.
