Native from a parallel universe to the main Wildstorm universe, Emperor Maximus and his team, the League of Nasty Bastards, want to conquer the world, always to be stopped by the Authority of their world. His last plot backfire because he didn’t count with the appearance of a second Authority from a parallel universe with less humor sense than the native ones.
