Origin
Nothing is known about Eric. As a child he became aware of the monsters that ravage the world during the secret thirteenth hour. He is able to remember the hour, but must witness those he loves dying over and over.
Creation
Eric was created by Lilah Sturges and Ralph Reese. He made his first appearance in House of Mystery #13.
Major Story Arcs
House of Mystery
Eric attempts to convince his girlfriend Misaki to agree to a deal with the monsters, allowing her to remember the thirteenth hour with him. She refuses, and is immediately killed. When time rewinds, he tiredly decides not to propose to her, and implies that he may try again tomorrow.
Powers and Abilities
Eric is allowed to remember the thirteenth hour, and is the only person not killed during it. It is unclear if this is an inherent ability, or if he made a deal for it.
