Officer Watson grew up in Amnesty Bay and went to school with Arthur Curry before he became known as Aquaman. When she grew up she joined the Amnesty Bay Police Department. After Mera was arrested again for assaulting Randy Rovner and escaping custody Officer Watson tried to convince Mera not to escape custody yet again.
