Leroy McGowan, the awesome Exo-Skeleton Man, is Foxbat‘s most loyal companion. He has never actually fought the Champions on his own, but the power of the exo-skeleton Foxbat acquired for him makes him a formidable adversary in his own right.
The Exo-Skeleton Man is currently being held in Federal custody, but Foxbat has managed to spring him from prison before, and is likely to do so again.
