On Exterminator One’s first assassination job he is ordered to frame a certain man named Gambino for the hit. After tying Gambino up and holding him in the room across from his target, he fires. Exterminator One is successful but had failed to notice the mobsters in the room beneath his targets and they open fire out of their window blowing off Exterminator One’s right forearm.
