Ezra was Qualityâs attempt to get in on the happy-go-lucky teen comedy genre, a la Archie and gang.
Their effort however consisted of just Ezra, a moderately amusing series that followed Ezra as he tried to get the girl while competing with a dark slightly sleazy rival.
However unlike fellow Military / Modern Comics back page filler character Torchy, Ezra never made it out his 6 page adventures and into his own magazine.
