Face

History

Face was a member of Condor and oversaw the production of the drug EMC at the Exeter Asylum. He also used the drug and suffered from the usage of it.

Powers & Abilities

Face was a psychopath who enjoyed cutting off the faces of his victims but proved adept with a blade and most forms of handguns. He was moderately capable at hand-to-hand combat and through the use of EMC he lost the ability to feel pain, had enhanced adrenaline, and claimed he could see in the dark (though it was not proven if that were the case).
