Tony Cataldo a minor crime-boss forced his way into a genetics lab hoping to fix his failing eyesight with an experimental cure. Instead he was transformed into a 6 foot tall tabby cat.
Captured by Section 12 he is a permanent inmate at the top-secret facility. During his time imprisoned there, he was given the nick-name Fat Cat. Fat Cat has created a small criminal empire inside Section 12 among the guards and other inmates.
