Feather Boa’s exact origin is unknown but she is familiar with The Asthma Monster and at one point became a member of The Allergen Gang.
Creation
Feather Boa was created by Howard Mackie and Mark Bagley. First appearing in Return of the Asthma Monster, a story focused at those who suffer from asthma.

Feather Boa is one of the threats guarding The Asthma Monster from Captain America. She hides in pillows and manages to ambush Cap and wrap herself around his head. She is defeated when Ruth (one of two children assisting Cap) hits her with a lamp.
