Fester Chance is a prison warden of the Florida State Prison. It’s the same prison where Herald Belle is held. He has waited six years for Herald to be visited by his daughter Janey Belle. As soon as she was inside the prison, she was arrested. That’s because Janey was responsible for cutting the brakes of his nephew Ted Chance, Jr‘s car as revenge for drugging and raping her.
