Fifolet was created by Howard Mackie, Mike Wieringo and Terry Austin in 1995 and first appeared in Rogue # 1.

Fifolet has the power to transform his entire body into an bioelectric energy state. In this state he can become intangible, generate concussive blasts, and radiate synaptic charges that paralyze nerve endings.
