Fillmore is a 1960 Volkswagen bus with environmental and psychedelic bumper stickers. He is considered Radiator Spring’s resident hippie. He brews his own organic fuel and believes in many conspiracy theories. Filmore is a pacifist, and the designs painted on him reflect his hippie-like values.
