Fin is the twin brother of his Revolutionaries teammate, Scale. They were recruited by Osita to take down the Suicide Squad. In the mission where they wanted to get kidnapped, Squad member, The Shark, killed his brother. Fin swore revenge and the first chance he got, he wounded Shark and fed him to actual sharks.
