One day everyone in the town of Spumville woke up to find that their heads had been replaced with whatever object was in close proximity to them when an unknown event happened.
The event itself is likely to be the result of some weird alien experiment.
Creation
Fish Head Steve was created by Jamie Smart in 2008 for David Fickling Books. The character ran in a 2-page humour strip in the weekly comic book The DFC.
