Fistpoint

Creation

Fist Point was created by Teen Titans Annual writers Scott Lobdell and Tom DeFalco and penciler Brett Booth.

Current Events

Fist Point was recently entered into the Culling in which he killed Artemis Crock. He was then knocked out by the leader of the Teen Titans, Tim Drake. It is not known where Fistpoint currently is.

Origin

It is not known how Fistpoint got his meta-human powers but it is known that he was abducted by N.O.W.H.E.R.E. sometime in the past year along with around a hundred other Meta-humans. He was in the lab next to Beast Boy, whose screams made his skin crawl. While they operated on him, he would hear them talking about Beast Boy as though he were something special. Presumably because of this, he attack Beast Boy in a fit of rage upon first meeting him. Terra tossed dust into his single eye, which led to him obtaining a visor to wear to prevent that from happening again. He got a chance for revenge when she was tossed into the gladitorial pit and appeared to have already gathered lackeys. He was mauled by Beast Boy in a tiger form.

Major Story Arcs

The Culling

For more information see: The Culling

While Artemis Crock is showing Red Robin around the Crucible, she is stopped by Fistpoint and his crew. He demands she pay the toll, but Thunder and Lightning come to her aide. Artemis gets the upper hand on Fistpoint and he and his crew leave them alone. Later during the Culling Leash brings Fistpoint and the rest of the rest together to act in the Culling. Fistpoint’s first action is to kill Artemis. Red Robin then attacks Fistpoint kicking so hard his mask comes off.

The Ravagers

Batman and Robin: Terminus

Damian Wayne is trying to best the other Robin’s. He uses the video of Fistpoint killing Artemis Crock and the battle being Red Robin and Fist Point, to push Red Robin over the edge and have him emit that he wanted to kill Fistpoint.

Note: In this issue Fistpoint is only seen on a video that Damian shows Red Robin.

Powers and Abilities

Fistpoint has Cyborg-like powers and sharp spikes on his knuckles. These spikes were not an initial result of the N.O.W.H.E.R.E. experiments as he did not have them in the origin issue. It is shown that the head-gear he has on his face is not part of his body as it comes off of his face when Red Robin kicks him.
