Fordham created the Carnage Unleashed video game. Rhodes planned to make billions, but Carnage wanted to use the online game to kill millions of people. After Carnage was defeated by Venom, Rhodes was sent to trial for gross negligence. Sin-Eater killed Fordham for his crime.
