Of all the Champions‘ enemies, Freddy Foswell, a.k.a. Foxbat, is the only one who has never really been defeated. Somehow, no matter under what circumstances his plans are foiled, he always manages to escape. This may be in part because the Champions find it difficult to consider someone who seems as loopy as a foxbat a serious threat.
But Foxbat probably knows more about the Champions than anyone else who have ever fought them. His devil-may-care posture and his often-silly gadgetry disguise a wily criminal mind.
