Born in France, now in his early fifties, before becoming the Director of Euromind, Francois Borillon was a militar on O.N.U., member of the Blue Beret as Chief Commander, operating in many warzone such as Ex-Jugoslavia and other conflict of the Eastern Europe.
During that wars, his role was essential in the mediation between conflicting factions, and as Director of Euromind he have used his experience for manage the problem between the different division, usually negative towards military istitution. Being both a Militar and a Diplomat, Francois Borillon was always the right man to guide the Euroforce, answering only to Supreme Headquarters Allied Power Europe (S.H.A.P.E.)
Director Borillon was the coordinator and leader of both Task Force and Eurolab when, investigating a U.F.O. crash site in Malaysia, Task Force discovered mutated corpses wearing the insigna of the french multinational Nadir Inc., and was attacked by three Japanese “super-armored cyborg mercenaries” called Lords of War, working for A.I.M..
When the Eurolab, now changed in Euroforce, try to investigate the about the attack in Malaysia and save Iceboy [taken prisoner], the S.H.A.P.E. declare them criminals, ordering to Borillon to sop any comunication with the team and send Euromind soldier to capture them. S.H.A.P.E. show numberous video of Euroforce members killing Euromind Agents, but Borillion dosen’t trust them, and after personal investigation, aid the Euroforce to avoid capture, faking their dead in the eyes of S.H.A.P.E. and giving them secret shelter and new documents.
After that Francois Borillon remain Director of Euromind, faking his trust in S.H.A.P.E. while secretly working for prove their corruption and aid the Euroforce.

Powers
Director Borillon have no real power, but he is an expert militar and have very high Diplomatic and charismatic skills and a great intellect. For any purpouse he can use all the Euromind resource, gadget and agents.
As Director of Euromind he must be classified as Level 9 in the S.H.I.E.L.D. ranking.
