A native of Ostania, Franky Franklin has meet Twilight since the war days when they meet as soldiers in opposite sides. This initial contact would grow in a usefull relationship where Franky became Twiligth’s information dealer on his shady bussiness but also developted into a curious friendship.
Franky not only helps Loid in spy situation with information, but also in most ordinary situations as serving as babysitter for Anya or taking care of Bond, the Forger family pet.
