Creation
Fred was created by writer Robert Rodi and artist Sean Chen, first appearing in Elektra #23.
Major Story Arcs
The Mark/The Job
Fred is tasked with protecting Prebble from Elektra who has been hired to kill him. However, Elektra soon arrives at Prebble’s safe-house and kills Fred, Carlo and 14 other guards.
