Frost

Frost was a man who was suffering from exposure to gamma radiation. Frost and a number of other people suffering from gamma radiation exposure went to the Leader for help. The Leader decapitated those humans and placed their heads onto android bodies. Frost and five other members would escape. Frost ended up in Las Vegas where he would become an enforcer for a crime family while the five other escapees formed the Headshop.

Frost possesses superhuman strength and durability. He also has some ice control abilities. He also cannot bleed, making him hard to kill.
